Medtrum Showcases latest S10 CGM at EASD 2026
The latest 16 mm, approximately 1 g all-in-one CGM was shown publicly in Milan alongside Medtrum’s TouchCare Nano System.

Medtrum showcased its latest S10 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) system at EASD 2026 in Milan, where visitors were able to see the product alongside the Nano Pump and other parts of the TouchCare Nano System.
The S10 is the latest addition to Medtrum’s CGM portfolio. It has a circular design, measures 16 mm in diameter and weighs approximately 1 gram.
Its all-in-one design brings the main CGM components into a single wearable device, so there is no separate reusable transmitter. Despite its smaller size, the S10 keeps the core connected experience of Medtrum’s current CGM technology. The S10 offers up to 14 days of wear and provides glucose updates every two minutes. People living with diabetes can also view their glucose data on a compatible smartphone.
Because the electronics and battery are integrated into the device, there is no need to recharge the CGM between wear cycles.
“With S10, the world’s smallest CGM, we’ve made the device smaller without giving up the connectivity that matters to our AID system. The electronics and battery are built into the sensor itself, so there’s nothing to charge and no separate transmitter to pair,” said Scott Yang, Founder and CEO of Medtrum.
The S10 CGM, shown next to a 10-cent euro coin, measures just 16 mm in diameter.
The S10 is also designed to work with Medtrum’s Nano Pump and advanced algorithm as part of the TouchCare Nano System. Paired with the Nano 200U tubeless insulin pump, it forms a highly compact AID setup with two small, discreet on-body devices and no tubing.

At EASD, visitors were able to see the S10 and Nano Pump together, experience the TouchCare Nano System first-hand, and discuss the latest developments in CGM, tubeless insulin delivery and automated insulin delivery with the Medtrum team.
For Medtrum, the focus is on making these technologies easier to wear and easier to use in daily life. The S10 is one part of that work, combining a smaller form factor with the connectivity needed to work within an AID system.
Medtrum will continue to develop connected diabetes technologies with a clear goal: make diabetes care smaller, simpler and smarter.
About Medtrum
Medtrum is a global leader in diabetes technology, dedicated to making diabetes care smaller, simpler, and smarter.
